This home is a perfect home base during your travels - a light - filled, newly refurbished end unit in a quiet neighborhood across from the Garavogue River and in the heart of Sligo Town. The front window overlooks the Abbeyquarter Passage Tomb situated on the roundabout. Inside, there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen and full bath. Upstairs there are 3 pretty bedrooms, one double bed en-suite, and two with single beds. This cozy home has been completely renovated and upgraded with an eye to comfort and convenience. The kitchen is well equipped, the hot water is plentiful, the bathrooms are pristine and modern, and the WI-FI signal is strong!

Enjoy the scenery along the pretty Riverwalk and enjoy shopping in the center of Town: from the Artisan Food and Craft Market to the Woolen Market to the Art Galleries, there’s something for everyone. Have dinner and a pint with the locals at historic Hargadon’s Pub, one of many to choose from. From fine dining to a casual bite, the restaurants in town will suit every taste. Want to experience an evening of authentic Irish Music? Look no further than Shoot the Crows. Indulged in your Guinness? Relax, you’re on vacation. And you’re walking home!
Most sites in Sligo Town are walkable, and the bus and train station in Sligo ensure easy access for all of your plans. There is also plenty of parking in the neighborhood as well as in town. The N4, N15 and N16 are easily accessible, allowing access to the entire Wild Atlantic Way of Ireland, in addition to the Midlands. Coming from Dublin? The N4 is a direct route.
There is a RING video doorbell camera beside the front door and a video camera motion sensor spot light above the back door.

There is a €30 pet fee for guests bringing pets and the amount will be charged as part of the nightly rate. A €75 penalty charge will be applied to the guest's credit card if it is determined that unreported animals have been kept in the home.

When we're not raising our young family, we love exploring the outdoors; the exhilaration of a new hike, the rush of a mountain bike trail or a marathon in a new country, we are always on the hunt for new outdoor activities. We feel very lucky that we live in Sligo as there is a never-ending array of activities on our doorstep.
We have a passion for hospitality and, using the knowledge we've gained as guests around the world and the experience we've had as hosts, we strive to create a 5 star experience for each and every one of our guests. We love this challenge and are in constant search of potential improvements that will make our guests' stay perfect.
We thoroughly enjoy interior design, and it is hugely important to us that our guests feel comfortable and ‘at home’. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail. Good hospitality excites us and drives us and we hope this is reflected in each of the homes that we host.
